Atari and Humongous Entertainment's popular Backyard Sports titles have received high praise as a fun and safe introduction to sports games for children. Baseball 2007 features kid-versions of famous major league players such as Carlos Delgado, Alfonso Soriano, Nomar Garciaparra, Alex Rodriguez, Ichiro, Albert Pujols, Eric Gagne, Pedro Martinez, Ivan Rodriguez and Vladamir Guerrero. As a special bonus it also features unlockable heavy hitters Sammy Sosa, Mike Piazza, Dontrelle Willis and Jim Thome.

Humongous, who specializes in the Backyard Sports series, designed a game that allows players to create their own team and customize the players. You can play a full-season or a single game, as well as a few mini-games thrown in the mix. With cartoon style, non-violent, lighthearted flare these games are perfect for that young baseball fanatic at home.
