PS2 Review: Backyard Baseball 2007
Operation Sports, 3/26/07--8 out of 10 Stars.
The team behind Backyard Basketball 2007 knows who their market is. This is a really good game
for not only kids, but for adult gamers who want to share gaming with their children. My daughter
and I loved this game for the experience. It’s not about the AI, the graphics, or the animations.
It’s what gaming should be about --fun. And when it’s family fun, well, that’s a huge bonus.
GameDaily, 12/06—(GBA version)
No matter how you look at it, Backyard Basketball promises a slam dunk of fun!
CommonSense Media—4 out of 5 Stars.
Parent’s Choice Foundation, Spring 07—(GBA version).
This is all full-court fun—-even on the tiny Gameboy Advance screen.
GameFreaks 2/07—6.5 stars.
An entertaining primer for people new to basketball games, whether young or old.

For young kids who like hoops, Backyard Basketball is an excellent choice. It's
just plain fun to play with pint-size versions of the pros, on more than 10 different
courts, with real NBA team logos and uniforms, three levels of difficulty and with or
without a friend. You can even unlock new players and bonus items, including making
players' heads getting bigger. Don't be surprised if this game turns your mild-mannered
kid into a boards-crashing hoopster.
